Welcome to your Sit Stay Squat course.
By accessing or continuing with this course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between you, the participant, and Sit Stay Squat / Sarah Keller.
Purpose of This Course
Little Leg (Long Back) Fitness provides general education about canine fitness, targeted exercise, posture, movement, strength, stability, mobility, coordination, and body awareness.
The course is intended for apparently healthy dogs participating in general fitness. It is not designed for dogs with pain, lameness, orthopedic or neurological conditions, recent injury or surgery, significant movement changes, veterinary restrictions, or other medical concerns.
This course does not provide veterinary assessment, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or individualized medical advice. Results cannot be guaranteed.
Use by Dog Guardians
You may use the course information and exercises with dogs you own or are authorized to care for.
You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for your dog and for monitoring their comfort, willingness, fatigue, and movement quality.
Please seek veterinary guidance before beginning or continuing exercise if your dog has:

pain, sensitivity, or lameness
-
a recent injury or surgery
-
an orthopedic or neurological condition
-
unexplained weakness, fatigue, or exercise intolerance
-
a meaningful change in posture, movement, or mobility
-
veterinary exercise restrictions
-
any other medical concern that may affect safe participation
Stop the exercise if your dog shows pain, distress, unusual fatigue, reluctance, loss of coordination, or a concerning change in movement.
Professional Use
Pet professionals may apply the general exercise concepts and educational information from this course with apparently healthy client dogs, provided that they work within their existing education, qualifications, insurance coverage, legal scope of practice, and applicable professional standards.
Professionals must not use this course to select, prescribe, modify, or progress exercises for medically or physically compromised dogs.
This includes dogs with known or suspected:

pain or lameness
-
orthopedic or neurological conditions
-
recent injury or surgery
-
arthritis or other medical conditions affecting movement
-
significant weakness, exercise intolerance, or mobility limitations
-
veterinary restrictions
-
an active rehabilitation plan
These dogs should be referred to an appropriate veterinarian or rehabilitation professional.
Professionals remain responsible for their own client screening, exercise selection, instruction, supervision, safety practices, documentation, referrals, and professional services.
Non-Certifying
Completion of this course does not certify, license, credential, or qualify you as a canine fitness trainer, canine rehabilitation professional, veterinary professional, or Sit Stay Squat practitioner.
Any professional service you provide must be based on your own existing education, qualifications, and scope of practice.
Safety and Assumption of Risk
Canine fitness and exercise involve physical movement and carry some inherent risk.
By participating in or applying this course, you accept responsibility for:

choosing appropriate exercises and progressions
-
using safe, stable, non-slip equipment and surfaces
-
supervising the dog throughout each exercise
-
providing adequate space around the exercise area
-
keeping sessions appropriate for the dog’s age, health, experience, and current ability
-
stopping, reducing, or modifying an exercise when needed
-
seeking veterinary or other appropriately qualified support when required
You understand that Sit Stay Squat cannot assess every participating dog in person and cannot guarantee that an exercise will be safe, comfortable, or appropriate for every dog.
You voluntarily accept the risks associated with participating in, instructing, or applying the course, including the risk of injury to yourself, a dog, another person, or property.
Intellectual Property and Course Use
All course content is owned by or licensed to Sit Stay Squat and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes videos, written lessons, exercise instructions, photographs, diagrams, illustrations, PDFs, templates, assessments, programming, progressions, branding, and downloadable resources.
Your purchase provides a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the course in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You may not:

share your account, login information, or course access
-
copy, screenshot, screen-record, photograph, reproduce, or redistribute course materials
-
publish, sell, sublicense, or publicly display course content
-
give clients copies or adaptations of Sit Stay Squat materials
-
copy or closely paraphrase course lessons or exercise instructions
-
use the course structure, programming, or progressions to create a course, workshop, membership, certification, resource library, or other educational product
-
use Sit Stay Squat’s name or materials in a way that suggests certification, affiliation, approval, or endorsement
Professionals may demonstrate appropriate exercises with apparently healthy individual client dogs and explain them using their own original wording. Permission to apply the course information does not include permission to reproduce, teach, license, resell, or distribute the course itself.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for your participation in and application of the course.
You release and hold harmless Sarah Keller, Sit Stay Squat, and its contractors and representatives from claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from:

participation in or use of the course
-
exercise selection, instruction, or progression
-
equipment or surface conditions
-
improper technique or misunderstanding of the content
-
failure to obtain appropriate veterinary guidance
-
use of the course with a medically or physically compromised dog
-
professional services provided outside your qualifications or scope of practice
Professional participants remain fully responsible for the services they provide to their clients.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any legal right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

By purchasing, accessing, or continuing with this course, you confirm that:

you accept responsibility for your decisions, actions, handling, equipment, and exercise setup

you understand that the course is intended for apparently healthy dogs participating in general fitness

you understand that it must not be used with medically or physically compromised client dogs

you understand that the course does not provide certification or professional credentials

you agree to respect the course-use and intellectual-property requirements described above
