Purpose and Intended Use
Sit Stay Squat canine fitness courses are designed for dog owners to safely and thoughtfully support their dog’s strength, balance, posture, mobility, and overall well-being through evidence-based, force-free exercise strategies.
These courses are intended for personal use only.
You agree that:
- You are the legal owner or primary guardian of the dog(s) participating.
- These courses are not certification programs and do not qualify you to provide paid canine fitness training, bodywork, or rehabilitation services.
- Course materials may not be used to work with client dogs, offer professional services, or advertise training or fitness programs.
If you are a professional seeking to use these skills with clients, you must obtain proper certification and operate within your scope of practice.
- Assumption of Risk
Canine fitness, conditioning, and exercise involve physical movement that carries inherent risk.
By participating, you voluntarily acknowledge and assume all risks associated with:
- performing exercises with your dog
- potential injury to yourself, your dog, or others
- improper use of equipment, surfaces, or environmental conditions
- slipping, tripping, or handling errors
- your dog’s pre-existing health or structural issues
You understand that Sit Stay Squat cannot assess your dog in person and therefore cannot guarantee safety, suitability, or outcomes.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your dog’s comfort, readiness, pain signals, and fatigue during all exercise sessions.
- Veterinary Considerations
You acknowledge that:
- canine fitness is not a substitute for veterinary assessment
- your dog must be medically cleared for exercise
- some exercises are contraindicated for dogs with certain orthopedic, neurologic, or systemic conditions
- you will consult your veterinarian if your dog has:
- pain or lameness
- recent injury or surgery
- exercise intolerance
- arthritis flare-ups
- respiratory or cardiac disease
- neurologic concerns
- growth plate status concerns (for puppies)
You agree to immediately stop any exercise if your dog shows signs of pain, discomfort, or distress.
- Waiver of Liability
By enrolling, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless:
- Sarah Keller
- Sit Stay Squat
- all affiliates, contractors, and representatives
from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in the course or the application of the techniques.
This includes but is not limited to:
- injury to yourself, your dog, or your property
- injury resulting from exercises, equipment use, or environmental conditions
- adverse outcomes from improper technique or misunderstanding the content
This waiver applies to present and future claims.
- Intellectual Property & Course Use
All content in this course – including videos, written lessons, exercise demonstrations, assessments, photos, PDFs, diagrams, and training systems – is copyrighted intellectual property belonging exclusively to Sit Stay Squat.
You may not:
- copy, screenshot, screen-record, share, or redistribute course materials
- reproduce or repurpose content in your own programs
- use exercises, templates, or demonstrations to create derivative courses
- teach these exercises as part of a paid service or workshop
- use the course structure, progression, or assessments in commercial offerings
You may learn from this course and apply the training only to your own dog(s).
- No Professional or Medical Advice

- follow all safety guidelines provided in the course
- seek professional support when required

By accessing or continuing with this course, you confirm that:
