Sarah Keller, CPCFT, CCFT, CCBW, NASM-CES, NCCMT, FFCP (Trainer)

Sarah Keller is the founder of Sit Stay Squat and a multi-certified canine fitness trainer, board-certified canine massage therapist, corrective exercise specialist, and Fear Free Certified Professional.

Through Sit Stay Squat, Sarah helps people better understand their dogs’ bodies through evidence-informed, force-free movement education. Her work focuses on canine conditioning, posture and movement analysis, bodywork, and thoughtful exercise programming that supports strength, stability, coordination, body awareness, and comfortable function.

Sarah is Canada’s first multi-certified canine fitness trainer, with canine fitness certifications through both the University of Tennessee and Wizard of Paws Rehabilitation. She is also Alberta’s first nationally board-certified canine massage therapist through the National Board of Certification for Animal Acupressure & Massage.

She has taught classes, courses, and seminars for organizations including Olds College, Edmonton Humane Society, Fenzi Dog Sports Academy, and other dog training and education organizations. Her teaching style is known for making biomechanics and exercise science practical, approachable, and easier to apply with real dogs.

In this course, Sarah combines her background in canine fitness, corrective exercise, massage, bodywork, and dog training to help you thoughtfully support your dog’s strength, posture, movement quality, and long-term physical well-being.
