Helping dogs move, feel, and live better – one paw at a time.

Hi, I’m Sarah Keller, the creator of the Canine Scratch Board Nail Care Course and founder of Sit Stay Squat.

As a Board-Certified Canine Massage Therapist, Multi-Certified Canine Fitness Trainer, and Fear Free Certified Professional Trainer, I’ve spent nearly a decade helping dogs feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. My work combines canine biomechanics, pain management, and behavior science to create programs that improve mobility, posture, and emotional well-being.

I developed this course to help pet guardians replace nail trim stress with choice, confidence, and cooperation. By teaching dogs to file their own nails using a scratch board, you’ll learn a positive, force-free method that supports both physical health (through balanced claw length and posture) and emotional trust.

With multiple certifications in canine bodywork, corrective exercise, and pain management, I take a holistic approach to every dog I work with – addressing not just how they move, but how they feel while doing it.

My mission is simple: to make wellness routines like nail care enjoyable, effective, and accessible for every pet and their person. Because when your dog feels safe, their body relaxes, and real learning can begin.

Let’s help your dog love their nail care routine – one scratch at a time.
