This online “Cat Yoga” class includes a focus on flexibility & stability for both human AND FELINE with an emphasis on strengthening the bond between you and your cat.
Expect to do plenty of traditional yoga exercises, except in this class you will be guiding your cat to jump over, crawl under, and circle around you while you hold the poses!
It is recommended to have plenty of very high value treats to use when training your cat. I also like to have a laser pointer on hand for extra motivation!
