This fitness class does double duty by providing a workout for both you and your dog with an emphasis on core stability, better balance, increased muscular strength, improved body awareness, endurance and more flexibility for BOTH human & canine.
Expect to do plenty of movements that involve luring your dog to jump over, crawl under, and circle around the exercises and stretches with you – strengthening not only your muscles, but that special human & canine bond as well.
