This outdoor small group exercise class includes all of the Cross Training Fitness Components for both you and your dog – without the use of equipment, while practicing safe social distancing protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy.
Expect to do plenty of “human” fitness & yoga exercises that incorporate your dog by luring them to jump over, crawl under, and circle around the poses; plus a few cardio/running drills, and a little bit of “canine specific” fitness training – making this class a fun bond-building workout for both of you!
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or towel
- Water for yourself
- Water for your dog (I can provide extra water, but we will no longer be sharing water bowls)
- Plenty of tiny treats to use for training!
- Running shoes and appropriate workout attire suitable for the weather
- Poop bags
- Bug spray/Sunscreen optional

Outdoor classes take place in the months of June, July, August & September (weather permitting). Class Passes expire at the end of the season.
