Mutts & Butts (Outdoors)

 

These outdoor classes take place at parks throughout the city and include High Intensity Interval Training techniques utilizing hills and stairs alternated with fun partner drills for you and your dog to complete together.

Classes emphasis glute activation drills for the humans, as well as core stability exercises for both species, because not only does a strong butt and core look great – it helps with chronic pain too!

Our sedentary lifestyles have caused these important muscles to become inactivated and weak causing compensatory movement patterns and excessive mechanical stress throughout the entire body, in turn causing chronic pain and injury.

This class will WAKE UP those glutes and TURN ON those abs while training your body to move better, all while bonding with and exercising your dog – both physically and mentally!
