Outdoors Fitness/Yoga

Sit Stay Squat has gone outside for the summer while combining our Fitness & Yoga classes into one great class that will include a little bit of everything!

About half of the class will be “Fitness” and may include High Intensity Interval Training* techniques utilizing hills and stairs, a bit of canine specific fitness training, and fun partner drills for you and your dog to complete together – strengthening not only your muscles, but that special human-canine bond as well.

The other half of the class will involve a yoga flow for the humans while luring their dogs over, under, and around the poses; as well as some guided stretches just for your dog to help ensure that you both stay healthy, mobile and injury-free! “Sit Nama Stay.”

All Sit Stay Squat classes have a maximum size of 6 participants with the workouts being tailored to the group.
*Classes can be modified for all fitness levels including dogs/humans with exercise restrictions.

Drop in = $20

Package of 5 = $90

Package of 10 = $160


Packages can be used for any outdoor class including fitness, yoga or fitness walking.

Please e-mail sarah@sitstaysquat.ca to reserve your spot in a class.  12-hours notice is asked for when booking and cancelling classes.

Outdoor classes take place in the months of June, July, August & September (weather permitting).  Class Passes expire at the end of the season.
