Sarah is a wonderful massage therapist, very dedicated to what she does and you can tell she cares. Kojak absolutely loves her and seemingly melts under her touch. She takes her time letting your dog get comfortable and even get up for breaks if needed, your appointments don’t feel rushed. She’s also very thorough with her massage and gets into all those tight spots. As well as being mobile it’s all around a very convenient wonderful set up, we look forward to Saturdays!

Grateful to have found Sit Stay Squat! I have taken a variety of different classes. Every class has brought something different to the table. My puppy always leaves physically tired, mentally stimulated, full of love and happy. My puppy works hard and is taught so much. So rewarding seeing him learn. It is the best of both worlds, being physically active myself and bonding with my dog. Sarah the instructor always goes above and beyond. She always does what's best for you and for your dog!! Highly recommend Sit Stay Squat classes and I look forward to taking more classes in the future 😊🐶

I’ve often said someone should open a gym where you’re allowed to bring your dog along, but Sarah has done something even better. She created an awesome, fun and comfortable program where she teaches you how to workout WITH your dog. It doesn’t get much better than that. I signed up for her Little Legs class and my dog Harley absolutely loves it. As a mini dachshund strengthening her back is super important and Sarah has created an exceptional program that does just that, and in addition it is mutually beneficial mentally and physically for both Harley and I. We love Sit Stay Squat and highly recommend you take a class with Sarah. We can’t wait for out next one!

Sarah is the absolute best!! Our two dogs, Maddie and Max adore her visits. Sarah works with both of them to strengthen their core to prevent back injuries as they are Dachshunds and susceptible to back problems and paralysis. She brings exercise equipment to our house to do little training sessions with them. She always sends us updates on how they did, along with photos. She genuinely loves dogs and it shows as our dogs love her to death!! She is also very reliable and punctual, I don't know what we would do without her!! I feel at ease when I am away from my dogs during work hours as I know they will be in the best capable hands. Thank you for everything you do, Sarah!! If you need someone to stop in for a mid day dog visit, Sarah is your girl, she is amazing!!! I look forward to trying one of her Sit Stay Squat work out classes one day too!!

Ryder has so much fun at sit stay squat boot camp. He leaves each class totally exhausted from all the fun. This winter has been especially cold so this was a fantastic way to get him some much needed exercise and work on many of new cue words like under, over, on, and off. We enjoyed our first set of classes so much we signed up for another round!

My Yorkie Bennett and I have loved attending Sarah’s outdoor and indoor classes. It’s been a great way for us to bond with each other, make new friends, and stay in shape. The classes consist of a wide range of activities that can be easily modified to both mine and my pup’s fitness/training level. One of the most relaxed fitness or training environments that I’ve been in. Highly recommend checking out Sarah and Sit Stay Squat!

These classes give you an opportunity to get out of the house and spend time with your dog outside of the normal walks. It combines exercises with training that is fun for both owner and pet!

You can easily tell that Sarah is passionate about the classes and teaching. Her passion, combined with the knowledge of anatomy of canines and humans, gives this class an extra boost that we need when considering exercising.

Each class is always different and exciting. And Sarah always values feedback from each class and adjusts the workouts as necessary to the group, which is amazing!

I highly recommend this class to all ages and to everyone regardless of physical fitness level.

Sarah’s classes are so much fun! Her instructions are clear and classes well organized. Each week is a little different, so it doesn’t get boring. My Loki enjoys class too (maybe just the treats?). Lol! Since the class sizes are small Sarah is proving personal instruction and support to everyone! Highly recommend to check it out!

My dog Josie and I LOVE coming to Mutts & Butts classes with Sarah! The classes are always challenging, with tons of modifications and options that make them accessible to people (and dogs) of all fitness levels. The classes are a fun and awesome way to bond with your dog as well as get outside and make the best of our relatively short summers. I have also done an indoors class at the humane society which was equally as awesome!

Since coming to classes I feel like Josie and I are closer than ever. Josie is also always SO tired after class, and she’s a quite high energy dog so it’s nice to have her fast asleep when we get home haha. She truly gets a great workout- body and mind. I’m also always tired and sore after class (in a good way!!). Both human and dog are sure to get a great workout!

Sarah truly goes above and beyond to make sure it’s an awesome experience for everyone in every class she runs.

I can’t say enough great things about Sit Stay Squat!!! Try a class, you will love it!

I am currently taking this class with my Cavalier King Charles and I love it. It gives an opportunity for me to strengthen and try some different things and have a great time with my dog and for him to learn more obedience. I highly recommend it to anyone it is so much fun as are the other participants and their dogs. We have a great time together and Sarah is always cheerful and helpful and loves our dogs too. Thanks Sarah. Now that I've started Sit Stay Squat it's going to become a regular thing for my dog and I to go to exercise class together!

Barclay and I have had so much fun at all the Sit Stay Squat classes we’ve taken! Since I work during the day, I never want to leave the house without my dog. This is a brilliant way to get a workout in for myself and Barclay doesn’t realize he’s strengthening his muscles. He’s always so excited to see Sarah and she has great tips for abilities of all levels, canine and human. It’s a great way to strengthen the human-dog relationship.

“My dog Zoe and I have been going to Sit Stay Squat classes since March 2019. The bond I have with Zoe has always been pretty strong but the classes have created an even stronger bond for us. When we first started, we really didn’t know what to expect. Zoe was pretty apprehensive of the exercises at first, I could see it in her face. With the encouragement of Sarah and her positive re-enforcement, Zoe became more and more confident the more classes we took. Zoe loves Sarah and the classes so much. I can see the excitement in her face when she finds out we are headed to a class together.⁣

Sit Stay Squat offers indoor classes in the winter and outdoor classes in the summer. A typical indoor class would have us (the humans) exercise at stations/circuit training. The dogs either participated in the exercise with us or have separate activities that would keep them engaged while the humans completed their exercises. Some of the exercises (for the dogs) included balancing exercises using Fit Bones or wobble boards. For a typical outdoor class, we would workout at local off leash or dog friendly parks and either do exercises using stairs, picnic tables or balancing on logs (for the dogs) in the parks. ⁣

Sarah is very knowledgeable with both human and canine fitness and has many different certifications.

This has been the best experience for Zoe and I. We highly recommend Sarah and her Sit Stay Squat classes!”

Sarah has been absolutely fantastic to work with for my two dogs who are at very different stages of their lives. My oldest dog Ruthie is 10 years old and my goal was/is to keep help strengthen her overall so she can keep doing what loves (hiking!) for as long as possible. My youngest dog Eleanor is 2 and my goal is to help her use her body more efficiently/purposefully so she can safely be as wild and athletic as she wants to be for hiking, running/canicross, and hopefully bikejor. Sarah looked at their baseline videos and pictures to come up with separate plans for each dog based on their strengths/weaknesses, and was even careful to make notes on things to be extra watchful for with Eleanor, as she can super sensitive to physical and mental pressure. The girls already had some experience beforehand, but Sarah’s feedback helped us fine tune things to make sure we got the best of out of our workouts. We’re just finishing up our first program and already signed up for a second (and let’s be honest, we’ll probably go for round 3 too)! With our second program, I know we’re going to have just as much fun and continue to improve.

Sarah is prompt, professional and her services are excellent. As the owner of an elderly dog, her ability to respond quickly to emails, work with my schedule and provide home canine massage services has greatly improved my dog's quality of life. Walter gets massages whenever he needs them and doesn't have to climb in and out of the car with his arthritis. It's obvious when Walter has had a massage - he moves better, he is more comfortable and just seems happier. Sarah also has a wonderful bedside manner for humans and animals alike.

Sarah is amazing. She works so hard and cares so much for humans and dogs alike! We took a class with her earlier this year and it was an amazing bonding experience for my dog and I. Sarah helped challenge us and gave us guidance, while keeping it fun! Just recently, she took my stress away when she walked our dog for us, for an hour, twice in one day! She sent me pictures and updates and I know that Milli was in great hands. Thank you so much Sarah!!

After Gracie, our 11 year old Russell Terrier mix, healed from a small strain from running up the stairs too quickly, I really wanted to find a certified canine fitness instructor to help build up strength and prevent future injuries. I stumbled across Sit Stay Squat on Instagram. After reading through their site and seeing the before & after pictures, I purchased the Customized Fitness Plan from Sit Stay Squat for both of my dogs and I truthfully am so happy that I did. We are currently at the end of week 4 in our 6 week plan. I've seen amazing improvements in both dogs' overall strength, posture, stability, and gait already. I truthfully can't praise Sarah enough. Not only has she been extremely helpful in helping us find the right equipment to use (including many homemade items and set ups), but she also has been extremely helpful in reviewing exercises when I had questions and helping us make continual improvements in form as we proceed through the 6 weeks. She is kind, thoughtful, and always happy to help. I'm so excited to do their "after" photos and videos at the end of the 6 weeks to see the improvements. I'm already re-booking for the next six weeks. If you're on the fence or need a push, here's my advice: do it, you won't regret it!

We have a senior rescue cat who has a limp and arthritis because of injuries he sustained when he was a stray. Although we have done our best to manage his arthritis such as through pain management, we have noticed that his arthritis has gotten worse as he has aged. To help him, Sit Stay Squat has given him several massages. Each time we see noticeable improvement - he is happier, he is more mobile (for example, he is willing to jump up on his cat scratchers), and his limp noticeably improves. When working with him, Sarah is kind and careful about respecting his limits. We highly recommend her for canine/feline massage and conditioning.

Sarah at Sit Stay Squat is amazing. Her knowledge is wild, she is so thorough in her explanation of exercises, and how they are beneficial to you and your dog. I have three dogs that I have been doing Sarah's Pupilates classes with, and they absolutey adore it. I feel I have also grown a bit stronger, and I KNOW my bond with my dogs has strengthened so much. I am also working on a fitness medaling program with my smallest, Pumpkin. Sarah has walked me through all of our individual questions and needs, and I can't wait to do the same program with my two Border Collies. My dogs and I plan on working with Sarah for a long time. I wish I knew her when they were puppies! Definitely will raise my next dog with Sit Stay Squat!

When I got my pooch I had to quit the gym because I couldn't imagine leaving him on his own any longer than I already had to for work. I always looked for ways to work out and play with my dog but could never quite figure it out. Sarah has done this and I could not be more thankful for it! My pup and I have done the workout classes and the Doga (yoga) and he has absolutely loved them. We both get a chance to do something different and tire ourselves out. Not to mention, he always comes home from classes happy and snuggly. I would highly recommend Sit Stay Squat classes for anyone that is looking to bond with their dog and get some exercise in!

"We have been loving our classes with Sit Stay Squat! My dog has spondylosis (a form of doggy arthritis) and I enrolled him in the class to help him ward off back pain. You can see that his core is getting stronger and his agility is getting better, which in the long run is going to be super beneficial for him! The last few years we noticed that Boston’s energy was low, he was sore more often than not. Shorter walks were necessary. Etc.
We started class with you I think a year ago? Noticed definite improvements. And actually- anytime he had a break from class he had these little flare ups of his arthritis.
So- anyway. Fast forward to when I started doing two classes a week with him- and we started noticing subtle differences in him. More playful. Able to handle longer walks, etc.
Fast forward to 3 online classes a week now..... and we noticed something else.
He started playing like a puppy again. He had a date with Ryder and Harlow outside last weekend. And usually he just sits and watches other dogs play.
He ran! And let them chase him! He hasn’t played like this, and this long in probably 3 years. He would play, take a break, play, take a break. Seriously. It’s been like 3 years since we seen him do this.
It was so amazing to see him like this. Your classes have made such a difference in him!”

After 1 month: "We have been loving our classes with Sit Stay Squat! My dog has spondylosis (a form of doggy arthritis) and I enrolled him in the class to help him ward off back pain. You can see that his core is getting stronger and his agility is getting better, which in the long run is going to be super beneficial for him! It’s a great class to bond with your dog and have some fun!" After 1 year: “I have a story to tell you. The last few years we noticed that Boston’s energy was low, he was sore more often than not. “My dog Myla and I have enjoyed this experience immensely. She is a more shy and cautious girl at first and these classes have been a great way to socialize her and help bring her out of her shell. I myself have benefitted from the workout and modifications provided when I needed them. The most invaluable part though has been the bonding between Myla and I. I love what Sarah is offering, as it is so much more than just a workout, it’s time to be with your best friend in a super fun and healthy way!”

I've always kept active with my 8 year old pug so when I saw a bootcamp style workout class that you do with your dog, I knew we had to sign up! The weekly classes have been such a great experience not only physical fitness-wise but I have also noticed an increase in my pug's confidence and energy. She is standing on wobble boards and Bosu balls, jumping over and crawling under different height bars, and using muscles that she doesn't really get to use on her day to day hikes and walks. She had fear issues before with slippery or different textured surfaces and now she is jumping up on plastic steps and going down slides!

Sarah is knowledgable in both human and canine fitness and has great ideas to incorporate meaningful exercises for the dogs alongside their humans (who are also getting a good sweat on!) The classes are small so there is lots of personalized attention and the dogs love Sarah to bits. I just signed us up for our tenth round of classes as I don't think my pug would forgive me if we stopped going.

Taking classes with Sarah is an absolute pleasure! She has a warm heart and her passion for dogs and fitness shine in each class. Classes are highly recommended; they are such a fun way to get a workout in and have your pup along for the ride.

Hurley and I love your Sit, stay, squat classes. I registered initially as a way to force me out of the house to a class which I knew Hurley would enjoy. Well wouldn't you know it I enjoy getting out and socializing with like minded individuals who love to bring their dogs to exercise class. Usually by week two or three of exercise classes I find myself looking for excuses to avoid going next week. This is not the case with Sit, Stay, Squat. I have actually already registered for the next two rounds! I think your class is the perfect mix of hard work for the humans and dogs with the rewards of laughter and accomplishments. Just look at Hurley rocking the balls. Week one he wouldn't even touch them! I look forward to continuing to work with you in the coming weeks.

Sarah is fun creative and fantastic! Always finding something new to try with the big dogs and their humans 🙂

Hi it’s me - Hatchet!

It seems like the world doesn’t understand what an important part of the family I am! I run, I jump, I balance, and yet I can’t go to the gym with Mumma?! I try to give her my most pathetic don’t leave eyes (I hear that helps humans come up with excuses to stay home), sometimes it works, but then I feel guilty cause I know Mumma needs to move even more than I do.

Sit, Stay, Squat is the class we had been waiting for - being able to play together while she gets exercise and I get to show off?!

My abs are ripped from exercise ball, I got to beat Mumma at jumping, and I got a bunch of treats as motivation (psst…don’t tell anyone that I don’t need motivation to jump!)

Sarah is friendly and encouraging; she makes sure that the humans don’t hurt themselves and that they are doing exercises properly and within their skill level. She challenges the dogs with hurdles, jump bars, and balance stations. Sarah makes sure we warm up first and a stretch after (who doesn’t like doggie massage)?

There are stations where I relaxed and Mumma did all the work, stations where it was me doing all the work (gimme that cookie!), and stations where Mumma and I worked together – we are the best team ever!

With a class full of dogs and people of all sizes, shapes and exercise levels – Sarah had something for everyone. This is a great way to have fun with your human (and Mumma was happy because I always fell asleep in the car on the way home).

Sarah with Sit Stay Squat is amazing!! I was looking for a fun way to make some lifestyle changes and was thrilled to find her classes! My busy puppy (Jelly) and I loved our Sunday boot camp so much that we signed up for the Wednesday class too!

Sarah is a great instructor and focuses on each person in the class. I’ve never had so much fun getting fit!

My older dog Sadie and I started Doga tonight and could not be happier. Sarah is a wonderful, clear and passionate instructor with a wide range of exercises for both the 2 and 4 legged. I look forward to taking more of these innovative classes in the future and highly recommend them to everyone who wants to keep themselves and their dog in shape, or work on getting there!

Had a blast this past month at Sarah's indoor classes at the humane society with my GSD Rusty. After 10 minutes of each class he usually would catch on and he seemed to really enjoy doing the different stations! And a bonus was he was always pooped when we got home! Great for the mind, our bond and using muscles that he wasn't used to using. Thanks Sarah! Rusty and I cant wait to join you for some outdoor classes!

I hired Sarah to do mid day home visits with my 12 year old pup. He had just lost his life partner and is experiencing separation anxiety over his loss. Hiring someone to come when you aren’t home that has full access to everything, especially the little love was a stretch for me. I worried that the person would be experienced enough to avert any possible scary situations should a big dog come along and want to eat mine when they were out walking. The meet and greet with Sarah put me at complete ease. I trust Sarah implicitly on all levels. It has been the best decision I could have made. Sarah is so many things, but mostly she is warm, thoughtful, dependable and caring. She sensed how tough it is for me to leave this little guy, but knowing I could count on her to be there every day made it so much easier.

We LOVE Sit Stay Squat! Rudy and I have done a lot of group training classes in the past 9 years, and Sarah is definitely the best class leader we have encountered. Sarah is one of those rare blends of dog lover AND people person, and is good at intuitively and seamlessly offering modifications for those that need it during class. Great way to bond with your dog while getting some exercise yourself. I feel less guilty about working out after work on Sit Stay Squat days when my furkid can join me 🙂 and if your dog is a senior do NOT allow that to stop you from giving it a try. Rudy is almost 9 and really enjoys himself, and I think the mental work he experiences in class is very important for dogs in their golden years.

Where to start? Sarah is amazing!! I took my yorkie to a doga class mostly to work on her confidence, spend some one on one time with her (which sort of turned into “one on two” time because she fell in love with Sarah immediately and only wanted to go see Sarah and eat all her treats 😊) and to work on some stretches as she suffered an injury last summer. Sarah has a gift for working with dogs as Maizy took to her like she does no one else and got super excited as soon as we got into the parking lot. The classes were fun, casual and Sarah made a special effort to accommodate each dogs needs and comfort level. She has a genuine heart and love for everyone’s dog and anyone who loves and cares for my dogs is an angel in my books! I would recommend Sit Stay Squat to anyone looking to do some activity and fun with their dog and as a bonus you get to spend an hour making new friends!

Sarah Keller has quite a range of exercises for humans and their dogs. She has attention for each individual during the course, she is patient and easily adjusts exercises for each level of fitness or size of dog. More importantly she knows how to motivate each participant to give that little bit more all in a very relaxing environment. I quite like the drop in classes too.

My dog, Maggie, and I have just begun going to Sarah’s classes and we are absolutely loving it! Sarah seems to be very knowledgeable about dog training and is amazing with the dogs. Maggie is in love her with her! Sarah is very nice and is always willing to help out with the exercises! Sarah has different exercises that are helpful for both you and your dog every single week. After every class my dog and I are both exhausted and I for one feel like I’ve gotten something out of the class. Maggie seems to be getting smarter overall and our bond is so much better than before we started the classes. I highly recommend trying out Sit Stay Squat! You wont regret it!
