Sarah Keller is the owner of Sit Stay Squat, which combines her love for dogs with her passion for fitness into a unique service that offers workouts for both people and their dogs.
Sarah has spent the past 15 years studying human fitness, and in 2017 traveled to the states to learn more about the benefits that fitness has for our dogs. She has since completed numerous workshops in Canada on canine fitness, rehabilitation, and massage; and is currently working towards her Canine Fitness Trainer Certification through the Wizard of Paws Academy. Sarah has also completed programs in Edmonton on Canine Behavior & Training Methodology while working towards her Canine Professional Dog Trainer Certification.
